  • 1. Returns
  • Eligibility: We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made orders, personalized engravings, and items purchased during a "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or refund.
  • 2. Damages During Transit (Crucial for Inlay Art)
  • We use specialized packaging to protect your art. However, if your item arrives damaged:
  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please email [Your Email Address] with your order number and clear photos of both the damaged item and the packaging.
  • Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
  • 3. Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • 4. Shipping Costs
  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to a change of heart, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Defective/Damaged: If the return is due to our error or shipping damage, we will cover all return shipping costs.
